Welcome to egvja.shop. We are committed to high product standards and customer satisfaction. If you need to make a return or claim a refund, please follow our policy guidelines below.

1. Return Window & Coverage

  • Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • This policy covers eligible deliveries exclusively within the Czech Republic. Please contact our team before returning any package.

2. Initiating a Return

To submit a return request within 14 days of delivery, email customer service at m01226176224@gmail.com with your full name, contact phone number, order number, product name, delivery address, email address, and specific reason for the return.

Upon validation, our team will provide your return authorization, the designated return facility address, and packaging instructions. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

3. Return Condition Standards

Returned merchandise must satisfy these requirements:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition;

  • Enclosed in complete original packaging;

  • Inclusive of all manuals, components, tags, and promotional materials;

  • Free from misuse, wear, or physical alterations.

We advise using a traceable courier service; the customer remains responsible for the package until it safely reaches our return address.

4. Reimbursements on COD Purchases

Because transactions are settled exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon delivery (no advance payment methods are supported), approved refunds are executed via a mutually agreed refund method arranged through our customer care team once returned items undergo warehouse inspection. Processing intervals may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives broken, flawed, incorrect, or missing parts, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, an explanation of the fault, and clear photographs of the product and outer box.

Following verification, we will send a replacement without additional expense or issue a full refund. Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us for justified quality claims.

6. Discretionary Returns (Change of Mind)

If you decide to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong model or changed your mind):

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be strictly unused, resalable, and complete with original packaging.

Return transit fees remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

7. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns are ineligible for acceptance if:

  • The 14-day window following delivery has expired;

  • The item shows signs of handling, wear, washing, or accidental damage;

  • Original components or manufacturer packaging are missing;

  • The received parcel does not match the items on record.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. Exchanges & Fulfillment Procedures

  • Product Swaps: We do not provide direct replacements for different variants. Please apply for an authorized return and submit a separate order for the desired item.

  • Order Modifications: Orders enter preparation quickly (order processing takes 1–3 business days; shipping transit takes 3–7 business days). Consignments cannot be altered or canceled once processing begins. If you no longer need the product, please receive the delivery and initiate a standard return.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

For COD shipments, the full purchase amount is remitted directly in cash to the carrier upon arrival. Please ensure an authorized recipient is present to complete payment. Repeated or unjustified package refusals may lead to the suspension of future ordering privileges.
