Welcome to egvja.shop ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our storefront, product purchases, and support services. Browsing our website or submitting an order confirms your agreement to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Delivery Regions

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission and guidance from a legal guardian to use our platform.

  • All customer and shipping details provided must be accurate and truthful.

  • Delivery is restricted exclusively within the Czech Republic.

2. Product Catalog & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate item specifications, pricing, imagery, and inventory levels. However, inadvertent errors may happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical misprints, alter specifications, limit quantities, or cancel affected orders without prior warning. Product photos are for visual reference only.

3. Orders & Processing Schedule

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders require 1 to 3 business days for handling, verification, and preparation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or incomplete contact details. Formal acceptance occurs once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

4. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery Only

We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Advance online payments (such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or digital wallets) are not supported. Full payment must be remitted directly in cash to the carrier upon physical receipt of the parcel at your address.

5. Shipping & Transit Times

Deliveries are conducted in line with our fulfillment policies. Following the 1–3 business day handling stage, shipping transit within the Czech Republic requires approximately 3 to 7 business days. Published timeframes are estimates and may be influenced by weather conditions, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, public holidays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for third-party courier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return requests are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns must comply with our eligibility rules and product condition standards to qualify for a refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, provide false contact details, submit speculative or fake Cash on Delivery orders, attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, deploy malicious code, or infringe on third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate termination of service access.

8. Intellectual Property

All website assets—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and interface design—belong to egvja.shop or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Our platform and merchandise are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, egvja.shop disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, shipping delays, payment collection failures, or product misuse. Non-waivable consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Third-Party Portals, Privacy & Accounts

We are not liable for external third-party links or their data policies. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you maintain an account on our platform, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

11. Policy Modifications & Applicable Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with revisions effective upon posting. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our commercial operations. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before submission to competent courts.
